Yaniv Efraim | CEO, Synergy Group
Yaniv Efraim is the founder and CEO of Synergy Group, bringing over 25 years of experience in initiating, developing, and managing large-scale real estate projects across Israel and the United States. He founded Synergy Group in 1994 and has since led the development of over 500,000 square meters of commercial, residential, and medical real estate. Yaniv holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) in collaboration with the Recanati Graduate School of Business at Tel Aviv University, and a B.A. in Business and Economics with a focus on Finance and Marketing. He was named Israel’s Most Promising Developer in 2010 and is recognized for his expertise in complex, mixed-use developments and strategic partnerships.

CEO, Synergy Medical
Yoram Raviv is the CEO and co-founder of Synergy Medical, with a distinguished background in Israel’s public health system and a strategic focus on long-term care infrastructure. He has served as Deputy CEO of a major public hospital and led the establishment of the Galilee Medical School. Yoram also served as Chief of Staff to President Shimon Peres and spent 20 years in operational service within Israel’s security sector. He currently leads Synergy Medical’s flagship project, the Kfar Macabi Wellness Campus, and brings a deep understanding of healthcare strategy and public-private collaboration.
Dekel Eliyahu |
Chief Financial Officer
Dekel Eliyahu serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Synergy Group, overseeing financial operations, investment strategy, and compliance. He brings a strong background in real estate finance and accounting, having previously served as a senior manager at BDO Israel. Dekel specializes in real estate auditing and financial structuring and is a Certified Public Accountant. His academic background includes studies in accounting and finance, supporting his leadership in financial planning and risk management across the group.
Noga Petel | Chief of Marketing and Strategy
Noga Petel serves as Strategy for Synergy Group. She brings over 20 years of experience in innovation, product development, and corporate strategy, with leadership roles at Intel, Partner Communications, and Davidoff Group. Noga holds an M.A. in Law from Bar-Ilan University, a B.A. in Business Administration from the College of Management, and completed the Executive Director Program at Tel Aviv University. She is also a board member at Kenafayim NPO and a mentor at the Keren Shemesh Foundation. At Synergy Innovations, she leads investments in fintech, proptech, medical devices, and energy, providing strategic guidance and product development support to portfolio companies.
Vered Cohen |
Project Manager
Vered Cohen is a Project Manager at Synergy Group with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate operations and project execution. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University. Vered has managed operations, marketing, and leasing for international real estate companies and currently oversees the execution of Synergy’s development projects, including stakeholder coordination and tenant relations.
